All our menus have been designed to give you a balanced and varied selection using seasonal, fresh ingredients. We will work closely with you to cater to your tastes and requirements.

Most dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice, including vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free.

First contact us to request a quote. If the customer wishes to proceed all provisionally booked dates will be held for 7 days, and confirmed once the deposit has been recieved.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the original estimate is required to secure the service of Wild Plates Catering. Full payment is required no later than 7 DAYS prior the event. Payment can be made by BACS transfer, Revolut, or cash.

The charges do not include the cost of breakage, or loss of or damage to the supplier’s equipment, tableware, cutlery or linen etc., for which we reserve the right to charge the customer after the event. The customer shall only be liable for the cost of breakage or loss of or damage to the supplier’s equipment.

Due to the current economical climate, prices provided by our quotations are subject to change in line with suppliers of Wild Plates Catering. Therefore, we reserve the right to make amendments to client quotes. Clients will be notified of any increase as received. We will endeavour to try our best to keep quotes as accurate as possible.

The customer acknowledges and recognises that Wild Plates Catering needs to purchase food and other consumables, and therefore any cancellation within 14 days of the event will be subject to us retaining your deposit.

Any cancellation up to 72 hours before the event will be subject to the full fee.

Similarly, a significant reduction in your party numbers within a 7 day period prior to your event may still be liable for the original amount quoted for.

Please confirm your numbers, menu selection and any dietary requirements no later than 7 days before your event.

Wild Plates Catering requires access to the event location for setting up equipment and services, ideally the day before the event, if not in good time on the day of the event.

Wild Plates Catering and staff will require constant access to and from the location while they are providing the catering services. The customer must ensure that Wild Plates Catering staff can enter and leave the location without excessive restriction.

While at the location and providing the services, Wild Plates Catering will need access to a sink with a clean water supply. As well as access to appropriate cooking and preparation facilities.

Where the event is being held in a temporary structure such as a marquee, provision of a catering tent next to, or within a reasonable proximity of the temporary structure needs to be provided, along with uninterrupted power supply sufficient to cover all of the needs of Wild Plates Catering at the event. Access to parking and toilet facilities is also required for duration of the event.

All excess food at the location at the end of the event shall be removed and disposed of by Wild Plates Catering in accordance with prevailing statutory food hygiene requirements, save where such food or drink has been supplied by the customer in which event the customer shall be responsible for removing excess food or drink and empty bottles unless otherwise agreed by us.
